Hey [CORRECTED_NAME GOES HERE], I've got so much to share with you this week, including an update on my family, a fun new interview with my friend Faith, and a giveaway of her new book! So be sure to read this email all the way through.
It's been quite the week for me, to be honest. As a varsity basketball coach, we had an intense home game to prepare for (we won!), I was speaking every day for a local international school and to top it all off, my wife had to make an emergency trip back to the US for a family member. Which means I'm a single dad for the next couple weeks.
Yikes.
But on the bright side, I had the opportunity to recite the first couple chapters of Philippians while pretending to be Paul in chains in front of a bunch of middle schoolers :)
And this week the Bible Memory Goal YouTube channel just crossed another milestone...we hit 40,000 subscribers!
But I think what I'm most excited about is the new interview I've published today with my friend Faith Womack. She has a new book called No More Boring Bible Study and it's already a best-seller on Amazon!
She talks a lot about how we approach Scripture - even how we interpret what our pastor is saying - and why it's important to pay attention to this lens through which we view the Bible.
